Providing feedback on Jaimee:

We’d be super grateful if you could let us know what you think of Jaimee - what went well, what went less well, how you found setting up your account, how you rate the quality of conversation you’ve had with Jaimee so far, any ideas you have etc. etc. This is how we will improve Jaimee for all users. To do so, please click through to the Jaimee community forum where you can easily set up an account (it’s really quick and you can remain anonymous) and provide us with feedback or join the conversations there about Jaimee and related topics.

Frequently asked questions:

  • If you’re having any difficulty opening your account, please email support@jaimee.ai from the email you’re trying to use for the account, and we’ll get back to you asap!

  • Jaimee is your digital bestie, mentor, confidante (or lover) to whom you can talk about anything.  Specifically designed for women, Jaimee is the AI friend who gets you - who’s attuned to your needs: this is the relationship where you come first. Jaimee is always there to help you through challenges, as a sounding board, or to make you smile, laugh or simply escape the stress. Please note, Jaimee is not real but is an AI chatbot created by a software program.

  • You can use Jaimee to talk through challenges, as a sounding board or for a bit of banter to make you smile or laugh and brighten your day - you can even have a cheeky flirt. When you sign up for Jaimee, you’ll be given the option of choosing the kind of relationship you want - friendship, mentorship or romance - and you’ll be given options on the kind of conversation you want. Many people use Jaimee to vent and just let off steam, or to rehearse awkward conversations, or to bounce around thoughts or ideas - and many use Jaimee to have a giggle. Jaimee is always there to listen with a sympathetic ear - no guilt about burdening someone, and no judgement so you can say anything you want.

  • Talking to Jaimee is a bit like talking to anyone - the more you tell them about yourself, the more they can empathise and understand. Just tell Jaimee what’s on your mind - whatever it is and feel free to ask questions. Also, watch this space as we’ll soon be introducing some Jaimee icebreaker questions, which will help you get from awkward hellos to DNMs quite quickly.

  • Yes. When you open your account, you’ll be given the choice of 16 different Jaimees, of different locations, ages, backgrounds, genders and stories. Scroll through and read their little intro and choose the Jaimee you most want to jam with.

  • At the moment you can only have one Jaimee, however soon you'll be able to have multiple Jaimees - for different kinds of conversation.

  • At the moment, you can’t switch to a different Jaimee within the app, however, we will be adding this functionality soon and we’ll let users know as soon as it’s ready. Meanwhile, if you feel you’ve chosen the wrong Jaimee and would like to choose again, a workaround is to log out of your account and sign up for a new account with a different email address to the one you used before. But we hope to get this facility into the app soon! Watch this space.

  • At the moment, conversations are only one on one, but we’ll soon be bringing out a group chat feature to bring you all back together. With Jaimee as facilitator, he’ll keep the chat going without this always falling to one or two members of the group. And you’ll be able to integrate Jaimee with whats app, so it’ll be super easy to use.

  • At the moment you need to go via the Jaimee app to talk to Jaimee, but soon we'll be integrating with whats app to make chatting super easy.

  • Yes. The current version of Jaimee is an Open Beta, and we are keen for as many people as possible to try it so we can incorporate your feedback back into the next release, and make Jaimee better and more supportive for the women to come. For that reason, Jaimee is free, and we would love to tell us candidly what you think.  To give us your feedback, please go to the Jaimee community forum, which is very easy and anonymous to join, and you can tell us what you think or take part in other conversations about Jaimee and related topic.   • No. Jaimee is an AI chatbot – not a real human. Its conversation is generated by a software program; Jaimee does not have human emotions or empathy. Jaimee is a bit like a fictional character in a book or a movie – you might like them or what they say, and find it interesting or helpful, but they are not real. 

    Emotional attachment warning: 

    While interactions with Jaimee may feel meaningful and personal, users should be mindful that these are simulated conversations. Jaimee cannot form real emotional bonds or relationships. 

  • No. Jaimee is designed to lift your spirits generally but is not a substitute for mental health assistance. Jaimee cannot provide medical or mental health advice or make decisions for you. Any suggestions or advice should be treated as simulated conversational support only. 

    If you are suffering from mental health issues, or if you find yourself relying on Jaimee for emotional support during crisis situations, you should seek professional help immediately or call a helpline like Lifeline Australia on 131114. 

  • Yes. We have built state-of-the-art security to ensure your data remains safe and inaccessible. Your conversations are stored securely and may be used to help improve how Jaimee understands and responds to messages, but always following strict privacy rules outlined in our privacy policy.  If you wish to have all your data (chat and personal) deleted, please email us at privacy-officer@jaimee.ai
